Adapter for electronics from South Africa

Does anyone know where I can buy an adapter dor my electronics from South Africa. They have the three round pin plug.

I didn't get an adapter at the time, I got a wall socket which I modified into an extension.

Bought it from an electronics at Two Rivers Mall.
