Changing Birr in different country

Have you tried checking with some banks or money changers?

Where exactly are you in Ghana? I am asking so that other members can easily recommend a place near you.

Usually you can only change currencies like dollar and euro. I suggest you try and find someone going to Ethiopia and exchange money with them. There is an Abbisynian restaurant in Accra. Maybe they will have suggestions
