Luxor and Aswan are very nice
if u r interested abt the history part

if u are willing to buy from bazares make sure to negotiate alot
abt its price
if u r going with a local let him do this job

for the accommodation, it think all hotels are very good and 5 stars are there " Thomascook will give u  perfect prices".

the transportation : the transportation means are very good all people are nice, specially who dont work in tourism:)

about tourist spot is any hotel u can find many, Luxor Museum , etc

u can buy anything  as if u r in Cairo, in Bazzars u should be aware , not all people good ,and all of them bad
