Budgie Smugglers vs. Swim Trunks down to the Knees

El_Jost

Since the stupid fashion of wearing men's swim trunks down to the knees appeared I don't like letting myself be seen on the beach wearing what the Aussies call "Budgie Smugglers".
What do the other guys on this site feel about this? ...and the girls as well?

If there is one issue that can divide men more  than a controversial football win or if manscaping is socially acceptable  ;) , it's whether a pair of Speedos is appropriate swimwear for the beach. You know - dick stickers, c--k jocks, banana hammocks, lolly bags, sluggos or, more recently, budgie smugglers. The list goes on but I personally prefer speedo.
Let's see what women and men has to say about this .

Probably the funniest term relevant to the present discussion was invented by a UK newspaper some years ago when it publicly wondered why a champion British sprinter of the day (Daley Thompson, was it? I can't recall) thought it fit to carry his lunchbox down his shorts during a race.
