What would you do if you run into the bottleneck in your job?

Me first. My oral English and German is not that good, I try kinds of ways to improve, but have tiny effect......

Anybody give me some suggestions? Thanks!

And lessons from native speakers.

Don't post rubbish threads about wanting new native English speaking friends in the hope of getting free lessons.

One problem for expats in Indonesia is people wanting free English lessons by pretending they want to be friends.
The other, seedier side is the women who want English lessons but are really after sex, commonly in exchange for money.

You'd be amazed at just how bad the problem is and I suppose expats in other countries must get the same.

As I mentioned in another thread, I've even had women come up and start with the English lessons line but almost immediately offer me sex in exchange for a mobile phone.

Neither gig is of much interest.

Of course, I fully understand women wanting to get close to a chap as handsome, sexy and hunky as I am, more so when you consider my wonderful, warm personality but I'm married so unavailable to human females.
I feel sheepish now.

There are no bottle necks at my job since drinking alcohol is seriously frowned upon.

You forgot to mention your modesty & humility.

I don't like to brag.
