You're only as old as you feel :D

If you wanna attend parties, dont let age stop you! I know alot of people who still party and they dont let their age get in the way.... Your life is yours. No one should tell you if you can party or not.. Enjoy it as best as you can. ;)

Thanks for you nice comment Nhung11281 - :thanks:

I know alot of people who still attend parties and enjoy it, despite their age. They are always full of laughter. I feel its because they are enjoying their life and do what they like.

As for the social part, it depends on what occasion or the atmosphere is like. So enjoy your parties ;):D:cheers:

No, but if the people here hate the elderly as much as they hate women then you're going to get a lot of lame overgeneralizations.

Do you think single women over 30 still attend clubs or parties by themselves as much as they did in their 20s?

I don't think all 30 year olds, or all 20 year olds, are the same.

I don't think that as we get older we become less sociable or lose the desire to have fun or party.

I think that it's more a case that as we age the more our ideas of what partying is change. I will be 64 years old next month and still enjoy to entertain and go out for my entertainment too. It's just not linked to the rowdy drink-fests that are quite common among youths. My partying is more subdued now and revolves around what's really important - FAMILY.

This has been going on since time began and was even mentioned in the Bible.... 1 Corintians 13:11 -  When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

This is easy - It's never too loud, it's you that's too old.

I feel that I'm 15 years old, I can attend any party I like without any hesitation.

No for me it is the older I get the more selective I am as to what parties I might go to.

My time is an asset. Unless I can justify going with a good reason, I will not go.

Sometimes, it's awkward going to bars/clubs alone too. Maybe it's just me. :P

As a female it would be awkward going to a bar or club alone.

My time of clubbing is well over but I do like to socialise with family and friends at a restaurant now and then.

I think some people define a party as a place with too many people, too much noise and too much drinking.  In that case, yes, older people are usually smart enough to avoid them.

To adults, a party is a gathering of friends.  That should never stop with age.
