How can we make friends ? , i mean in every relationship there is something to give &  take , without it cannot be a relation

If I wanted to know how to make friends I'd read some of the comments on the 15 other topics about how to make friends.

1st we are all entitled to answer your question even without the invitation.....

2nd in every relationship both must have the quality of give and take, it's a foundation to keep the relationship last.

This is a great topic of interest to many expats.  I suggest setting up local forums in each country to share ideas on resorts, vacations, events, etc.  The US Embassy does a great job circulating info to embassy staff.   MAybe approach them and learn form them about evetns of interest to expats, then circulate them on blogs like these.
