Do these people know you? I am guessing you don't as this is your first post on the site, so can't be your friends. Therefore you ARE spamming.

Well, I am still not getting unblocked to send messages. How can i make it unblock. Its really urgent for me but on the other hand its also irritating for the users of Expat and it can really create a very bad impression on the users seriously.

Admin, can you fix it ?

You haven't any friends yet because you are a newbie here. So what you are saying is you just only want to say "hi" or "hello " to random people they don't know you.
I can guarantee that no one is waiting for these unsolicited messages without any useful content.
My advice is to introduce yourself on the forums of your choice and PARTICIPATE.
This is the only way to make friends and to unlock your PM system.

First of all it doesn't help you to unlock your PM system by posting on this forum.
Secondly you clearly don't have read the first post of this thread and many other comments below that. If you did, you wouldn't ask what to do.

So, how to get unblock...

Finding some difficulties unblocking my msg.
I'm not spamming and I'm looking for jobs but after sending 5 msg directory was blocked.

After following these steps it still remains blocked

No, because you have not yet posted enough times on other sections of the forum to have your system activated. You have to earn the right to have it activated. Read the forum rules.
