How to spend time on yourself without feeling guilty

My husband says i should spent 'me time' on myself and also treat myself.
On boxing day in the sales i bought some no7 beauty stuff and no7 vanity case with makeup and makeup brushes etc which were half price, and felt guilty.

My daughter knows i have been under a lot of stress since end of september. Stress can trigger a sezure.
So why do i still feel guilty today about what i bought.

I prefer spas to shopping.  You can really pamper the hockey sticks out of yourself in a good spa.
Don't be guilty, lassie,  a dinnieken a quine who doesn't like to pamper herself.
Why don't English people ever speak English?  It's bad enough that you don't speak proper American English or even the lesser Canadian English.

:P
An American would say "tom A toe".
An Englishman pronounces it Correctly. :P

You say tomato, I say tomato.  Obviously, I'm right.

You are.
Come on, pamper yourself from time to time.

I have a guilty pleasure as well. I just can't stop myself, even though I know I shouldn't do it, I sneak off and partake in my 'hobby' whenever I think I can get away with it.
I have to lie to my wife about where I've been and make excuses to go out but I think she knows what I get up to.

Just think you are "spending" your time more than "wasting" it. Make sure you are "enjoying" while you are "spending" too.
