I suppose the hardly being able to walk and peeing myself should worry me but I used to get drunk a lot so I've been there and done that.

The future is unknown that's what worries me.

Nobody can foresee the future. Many read and interpreted the Mayan calender.
We can plan and determine our action. Will we be around to carry out the action is not definite.
Have you ever had an appointment with a person who died the next day!? Many doctors had!
You can worry about the future. Did your worrying change the future? If it did, you should teach the world how to worry correctly, to change the world better(?). Otherwise, I would quit worrying. Get on with my life. Try to help the next person if I can.
