Why not call on the sellers of what you need? They, I suppose, will give you reliable information on the documents you need to show before any purchase is made.

if buying cash, ( scooter definately only unable to financing) International driving liecense will do. but ensure your licence is applicable for scooter drive. LOL. if buying a car, must have complete documentation for hire purchase application, otherwise international driving license is good enough./
