I need your guidance on this.
I had an offer from one of the employer in Malaysia and they got my work permit approval from MDEC. Also they got my eVisa processed for entry to Malaysia.
Unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances I was not able to join or Travel to Malaysia. This was formally informed to the employer through email.
My current status - Passport is clean and not endorsed with sticker as I did not travel or enter Malaysia.
Can you please guide on what are my options on how to proceed from hereon as my previous employer may not or refuses to formally cancel my work permit.
I do not want any troubles in future to obtain my visa.
Does this automatically expire?
