HI good evening every one.i just want to ask if my previous employer dont give me noc but my contract is already finish it there any change that i can work to other company specially already have a job order for new employer?

you need to acquire NOC from your previous employer or local release in order to join the new company. failure to do so your visa will be refused when submitted by the new employer.
