Hi, i wanna get my drivers license im currently 16, but i heard there is a law if your father is over 60 and your mother is over 45 and doesn't work nether drives you can get a driving license. If that is true what are the requirements for me?

It's the first time I hear about this rule to be honest. I'm not sure if it's true though. I would recommend you go to any nearby Police Station or similar authorities and get the correct answer from them.
It also would be helpful for us if you kindly tell us what happens after, so we know if that rule is true or not.
