Reasonable Offer for young family of 2?

Hi guys!

We are young married couple, currently living in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We have been offered a jobs as fitness trainers in Kuwait City.

The basic salary is 550KD for each of us, then we have 200KD housing allowance(stipend) again for each, medical insurance and a percentage of the PT lessons(which we do not know, but the reasonable is 10-15KD per person per session) which for 60 sessions makes around 600-900KD more.

So total of around 1200-1300 per person+200KD for housing allowance.

We do not want to safe in the beginning. Definately will lease a car, if not two, to be mobile in the city.

Is this fair, and will it be enough for a good living? We are not keen on parties and clubs, so this is not a problem.
