Would like to to a few things about Kuwait,how do you great in their language and how many languages are spoken in Kuwait -in the morning what do you say , in the afternoon what do you say and in the evening what do you say and how is the weather like and general how are the people?

no real greeting for the afternoon
evening - masa'a al khair
Arabic and English are the languages of Kuwait - the Arabic has several dialects depending on where the speaker is from - Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Gulf etc.
