Ola my compatriots!
i would like to inquire from your collective wisdoms which most definitely outweigh my own knoweldge of my hometown.
I'm looking for a mixed gym (for my brother and his fiance) in Nasr City, stretching from City Stars to Abbas El Akkad, Makram & even as far as tayaran st!
the gist of it is it must be mixed, and have good facilities. if it is possible to provide a number/website/membership amt. it would be an added bonus for which id be very much in your debt

Hey legacy,Pro center health club is a great one.Has everything you need and is mixed.I went there with my husband and they are great.It is 200 metres from Abbas El Akkad on the autostrad rd heading away from city stars this is there web site http://www.procenter-eg.com/ and if in need of a pesonal trainer ask for mahmoud faramawy..He was great with us ..

Prices vary I guess for what you need, But they always had good deals going. Don't hesitate to ask for one.We dealt with a person Called Adam and he got us the best deal for what we needed.Best thing to do is go check it out and speak to someone.

There are many gyms in Nasr city mixed,,
i think most of the gym in nasr city are mixed,, anyway there is Fitness time gym in the end of makram ebeed ,,its very nice
