Looking for a Networking Job

Greetings!

I am a network engineer working in Bangalore, India with 6 years of experience.

I am CCNP, MCSE and ITIL foundation certified.

I want to move out for better career opportunities outside India. I am not sure how to approach. I am married and want to move with my spouse.

Can somebody let me know,

- Which are the best IT companies I can apply for a job in networking field.
- How much Salary can I ask to save enough.
- What is the cost of leaving in Muscat for a couple to make enough savings.
- I know driving, how much will it cost to rent a car and how to get a license.
- Any additional information I should know.
