Can a foreigner take the driving test in Kuwait?
What are the formalities to get a driver's licence in Kuwait?
Do you need special or extra documents being an expatriate?
How much does it cost?

yes there is some extra conditions for the expatriates
i don't know if it is same for all nationalities
but of course they treat americans and britishes different than others
in my area ( south surra , zahra ) they doing the driving tests but there is many other places also
so i can help to go there
also maybe they allow to drive with your licence if it is international

Before risking the driver's test, I'd check if your license can be exchanged for a Kuwaiti one. Driving tests tend to fail you a couple time$$ for unknown rea$$onSS
