Which Bank offer personal loans to expat people with low interest rates in Kuwait ?
if its possible,what is the basic salary and what are the procedures to get a Personal or car loan , and how long it will take to grant the loans for expat people

Hi there,
well all banks have offers every now and then but honestly in the end the majority of banks are the same. best thing to do is get a list of the banks in Kuwait then start calling 
then decide what one you want to go for
