Hello,
I am looking to buy a used car, happy with a banger, although I'm not too sure if they exist in Kuwait! Any advice about how to obtain? and do i have to convert my british license? I have been told different things! if so how?!!
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Hello katron , you need to get new license as you dont have the international one , you can rent or buy used car you can find good one and when you buy you can register it by your name and it will be yours easy stuff
