Salut tout le monde! American in the south of France!!

Hi Everyone,

I am Riana.I live in the southwest not the glam southeast- we are between Narbonne and Beziers on the beach (come on summer, lets go!) and I am a freelance travel writer, painter, crafty gal, domestic diva of sorts. My husband is French and is a math teacher. We have a fun  blog that I have been writing for years...

Hi Riana,

Welcome aboard (soft love boat music in the background...) as would say our jolly good captain Julien, also from the southwest of France.

And southeast glam is not what it used to be I'm afraid (i'm from the glamest city of all southeast : Marseilles ;))

 Enjoy some dry season sun from Vietnam !!!

Take Care,

TC
Thanks Tom--oh, can we come visit you in Vietnam?? We have been wanting to go for a long time... I read Noodlepie all the time and dream of snacking on vietnamese delicacies...oh, Marseilles, we have friends there too! We are going there for Easter and then onto Italy for a week in Tuscany. Someday, we will get to Vietnam!

merci!!
Riana
Hi Riana,

Glad to see you made it over!
Sure, I'll be around for some more time. How long, god only knows but a couple of year sounds a fair guess.

Enjoy the Canebière for me, I'll be back to hug 'la Bonne Mère' in july :)

See you around,

TC
Welcome Riana :)

Don't forget to add your blog address in your profile > personal and to locate yourself on the user map ;)

You've found a new reader, I'd seen to hear about my region in the eyes of an American women!

Take care,

Julien
Ok, put myself on the map... that is a sweet map! Julien--do you have the Perrrrripignan accent? Actually, I think it's cool, because it's so similar to Spanish...my husband's grandparents still speak Occitan at home and I understand some of it from my rusty Portuguese.

Hi kim **waving**!!
Sure I've got the accent, even when  I speak english
Hi, Riana, welcome on board ;)

Julien > You keep the accent even in english ? Whow :D
Well I cannot get rid of it

I would actually like to sharpen it a little bit ... but I just seems to be impossible!
