Hello, I am 17 years old living in Jeddah, and I already have the temporary driving permit. I want to get the permanent license as I have been told that if you are 18 in hijri it is possible. However, someone else recently told me that your birthdate on your iqama has to be in hijri or they will not accept it, but mine isn't. My question is, Can I get the permanent license as I am 18 in hijri?

Could you tell me what is the procedure after the expiration of temporary licence, do I have to take other test or classes or Can i just renew for a normal license
