Yes it is allowed but you have to complete formalities which intend you to service or practice ,

Ok that's great then, because earlier i saw an article like dentist, nurse ,midwifery , pharmacist are not allowed.

You must get the proper documentation that the hospitals require or certificate and most likely you will need to know Turkish(Turkish my not be required in international hospitals with alot of international clients).
