My name is Shahzad and I am staying in United Arab Emirates. I am planning to visit Turkey next month to see the business opportunities.
As I will be going to Turkey for the first time so need to know how to start the business there and what are the formalities.
My plan is open small cafe there.

After a short search i found out that a foreigner cannot start any kind of business before staying here for 5 years with a residency permit. I will add the link where you can read the pdf which was prepared by chambers of public accountnants. Unfortunately it is in turkish so you need to translate it.
I revommend you to buy an apartment in that way you will be allowed to take short term residency if you only are interested in to stay in turkey only, instead of business.
Also you can apply for short term residency which will allow you to stay for 6 month here without any kind on investment or apartment.
