hello I want to know what do most expats use and a health insurance company and how do I go about contact the company. I would appreciate any help we can get thank you

I should have read all your posts first before replying to any of them.

These folks have been my insurer for 21+ years. 

There are lots of reasons they are rated as the best provider of medical and life insurance for expatriates.

It's worth mentioning any pre-existing conditions when you ask about medical as such things will likely change suggestions offered.
Insurance companies will normally exclude any such illnesses or refuse to cover you at all.

As a note, banks such as BCA have options, some very good.

Yes, a health insurance and travel insurance are highly recommended. Depends on the provider but I agree that pre-existing conditions/certain diseases or tests are excluded.
