Hello, hopefully someone has some good advice for me. Our car broke down on February 9 and was towed to the dealership garage that night. They still have our car and can't seem to figure out how to fix it. We couldn't keep renting a vehicle so we just ended up buying a new one. So now 4 months later and it is still not fixed. What can we do to get our car back from them? If it isn't fixed are we required to pay them? If anyone has any advice for us we would appreciate it.
Need advise on getting our car back.

At some point, they'll make you pay the parking... and you'll just end up selling it to them...
