Hello! I am looking to travel to Aix-en-Provence in April for the BD festival. I live in Helsinki, Finland. Apparently the closest airport is in Marseille, but I would like to avoid the city and especially their train, because I've heard it is not safe.
Is there a better way to travel to Aix?

Hi!
I don't think those trains are any less safe than other trains.It all depends on the time of the day.
Otherwise,there's also a bus between Marseille and Aix.

Thanks, talatta! So if I fly to Marseille, I just better do it in the morning? And avoid the night trains? I will do so.
