COVID-19: What are the measures in force right now in Spain?

Hello everyone,

The Coronavirus, as you already know, came down very heavy in Europe. As a consequence, the government of Spain has decided to take drastic measures to reverse the progression of the virus. We offer you to review the situation together to see what these measures and rules are. This review will be regularly updated.

The Spanish government has therefore decided to set up restrictions on all travel and displacement. The population needs, from now on, to keep these at an absolute minimum. People should remain quarantined at home. Taking unnecessary risks and not respecting the rules will be punished by the police with a several hundred euro fine and sanctions could reach a penalty of one year in prison.
The borders of the Schengen area are closed from now on. But the Spanish people who wish to come back are still able to be repatriated if they want. To do so, they need to contact the embassy of their host country.

Until now the air spaces of some countries are still open. however, the most affected countries only accept repatriation trips.

In Russia, only travel within the Russian Federation and repatriation are open.

This virus will be defeated only if the entire world unites in the fight against the corona virus
