Hello everybody,
thinking of moving to milan, found an apartment with "riscaldemento autonomo". Just first considering the cost of heating a 70 sqm apartment in the winter? Heard the winters get pretty cold, houses lack insulation and gas is super expensive. Could anyone say anything about the cost?
