Hey Prague People

My Name is Sam, Australian Citizen, originally from Algeria.
I am travelling every year to few different countries, this year, I will travel in october to Singapore, France, Algeria and for the first time to Prague. I will only stay 2 to 3 night in Prague, therefore I would like to know as much as possible about the culture, the traditions, the city and the beauty of the country in general.

I wanted to go to a hostel, where I can meet up with a lot of people and talk to, but meanwhile, I would love to stay at someone's place to learn about the culture, the cooking, etc. I am ready to pay rent, not a problem.
