Hi everyone,

I'm moving to Zhangjiagang just North-West of Shanghai after 9 years in Bangkok. I have a few health-related questions (I will have med insurance):
1) I have to see a chiropractor from time to time. Are there any decent Chinese ones, or better, foreign Chiropractors in this area, or in Shanghai? Are they easy to find?
2) Related to the above, due to an accident / herniated disc, I take medication for pain. Same question.
3) I have insomnia and take medication for this. In Bangkok it's easy to get from hospitals, and some pharmacies. At the moment I have a subscription for Rivotril. Again, easy to find, or get a subscription there or in Shanghai?

When you arrive in Shanghai and arrange to see a doctor at any one of the many Western hospitals there. Then you can work all this out with the professionals there. When it comes to health issues, don't take any chances. Seek professional advice.
