Staying in Danang

Hi.
We are heading to Danang beginning of July for a couple of months.
looking for a reasonable priced Studio apartment near An Thuong, My Khe beach area.
We would appreciate any feedback on subject.
(PLEASE No smart replies) as seen them in other posts.
After all sharing knowledge is what it's about.
Thanks.
Tony.

Not being 'smart', just brutally honest:

1. You are looking WAY to far in advance.

2. Don't look in advance.

Do you imagine you will make a long distance reservation and have the place waiting for you when you arrive?

IF you could pull that off, you'd pay a hugely inflated price.

Also, you'd increase your risk of losing any deposit to someone you've never met.

Now here is why people such as yourself get 'smart' replies:

You ask a question that has been covered many. MANY times in the forum.

IF you had been willing to FIRST do a serious search of the forum, you would have discovered a lot of helpful guidance.

Since you didn't find the guidance, you must not have done the search.

So, being an impatient person, you start a brand new thread.

I hope you get the answers you want.

You are ignoring the answers you NEED.

Cheers!

Knew i'd get a smart arse Answer...

Appreciate the feedback. I know where a few months away from visiting, just thought I would throw a question and answer out there.
As a rule, as someone mentioned in an earlier post, check in for Two days in the area then go seeking an apartment.
Done this last time in Vietnam.
Cheers

Yeah, I recommend 3 to 7 days temp housing, so you can get your bearings and do a good walking search, but if you can pull it off in less time, more power to you.

:)

This is good advice that I certainly take.  Thanks for the wisdom.
