Residential Permit Interview

Hello,Have a Great Day. I have a boyfriend living in Sweden. We have just received an email yesterday asking for me to settle an  interview within 30days.This is for me get the Residential Permit. However, we have sent an email asking where should I take the interview but there is only automated email sent back to us. I am asking for an advice if you guys have an idea.. what country can Filipino take an interview.. and should there be an appointment and how can I have an appointment. Thanks
