hi good day to eveyone.i want ask about visa problem.i have overstay in vietnam last year have pay panetly to immigration.now i already at my country 7 month and have change a new passport and number to apply new visa.why they immigration still rejected.have anyone same like that or any idea to go back vietnam.

Change your name.
Just joking, but you are likely being denied because of your name.
If you have a lot of money you can try hiring a lawyer to fix it.
The only "help" you will get here is another agent.
Did your agent offer to fix this for you? For a fee?

Oops. Mistakes (overstay) cost money.
Unless you did it in Europe and then they would kick you out for 5 years and no amount of whining or agent fees will fix it.
Vietnam is actually pretty straight forward with the rules and not so difficult.
(90 days, an hour trip across border, another 90 days).
Some people don't know how lucky they have it.
