Motorcycle Driving License in Montenegro/Podgorica?

There was a topic here for "driving license in Montenegro" and it was very old, so with a different question I am asking;

How can I get a motorcycle driving license in Montenegro/Podgorica?
I couldnt find enough information on web about the courses; how much does it cost, how long does the classes take to get a license? Any local info would be fine,
