I would like to get the advise from friends about the rules of CNSS in Morocco . As a foreigner after some time you have to leave once the mission/contract is completed . since you donot have chance to get the pension what will be procedure to get back the money and time for . My employer contributes to two components of CNSS ( pension and A.M.O.) . any one pl advise. Thanks

hi, the CNSS has only provided the reimbursement for the case where the employee has reached the retirement age but not reached the Number of contribution days entitling to pension.

As regards foreigners, it might be useful to enquire first of any existing social security agreement between Morocco and your country of Origin, such agreements May give Right to transfer of rights, or recognition of the contributions made in Morocco.
