My husband and I live in Canada and would like to rent a condo in playa del Carmen. I would also like to,work as a nurse, however realize that might not be possible. We don't speak Spanish, but are willing to learn.

Hi again "jeeper", unless you have the permanent residency status with the option to work (INM, Mexican immigration laws), you are not allowed to work,have a business (restaurant, rentals, etc...).
