Pre-paid data card problems

Hello.

I am hoping you guys can help me out with a little problem that I have got - I have purchased a Telenor internet data card. It is pre-paid but I cannot get it to work as there seems to be some sort of registration that is required to activate it. Obviously, the writing and instruction is all in Bulgarian and being an English person who only speaks English, I cannot understand it. I am quickly eating up the last of my internet. Please help. Can anyone help me to activate it please? By the way, I am an idiot of all things technological; layman's terms is best, if your patience allows.
