Hi,

This is NR from India, I recently shifted to Malaysia (5 months back) with Employment pass, now I want to shift my family on Dependent Pass, while proceeding, i observed that my wife surname is wrong in my passport.

Now I want to know the following things, please share me if any one have an idea

1. Fee & procedure to apply correction in passport through Indian Em-baccy
2. Documents to apply corrections in passport
3. Fee & procedure to transfer my current Visa to new passport

Regarding passport issues, please take a look and potentially contact the Indian High Commission's outsourcer who deals with consular matters. They are called BSL - https://www.blsindia-malaysia.com/

Regarding the transfer of the EP, that is a matter for the Malaysian Immigration Department via your employer.

and can you please share me if you have any idea on processing fee for transfer of EP to new passport via employer
