Want to move+rent in Gibraltar but unsure If I will be allowed.

Hey There! As the title says I am unsure if I will be able to rent an apartment in Gibraltar without any issues.

I am not planning to look for work in Gibraltar as I am employed and I work from home I just want to move there to live in a better environment, also not looking to get Cat.2 residency as my net worth doesn't come close to the required $2.2m I am however financially independent.

I am a Polish passport holder that has lived in the UK for past 10 years but I do not have any residence certificates/cards from the UK as they are not required by EU nationals.

Would it be as simple as me booking a flight, landing at GIB airport getting a 6 month entry visa on entry, then being able to sign a rental contract? and if so I will have 6 months time to figure out a permanent residence visa solution?
