Hi and welcome to the forum. Hope you are able to locate people here that are from your home country. Doing so helps in adjusting to life in a new country. If you have no luck here on the fourm you might try contacting the Iranian Embassy in Manila. The people working there might have some good ideas of where other expats live, work, and spend free time.
