We are thinking about moving to Merida as we like the area. I know it is a big city but can you drive a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle on surfaces streets under certain speeds like one does in Bike lanes in some cities? In Palm Springs it is any road 35 MPH and under or with a bike lane.
