Living cost in Jubail city??

I am from India, planning to go to Jubail City. Can some one answer following few questions:
1.How much School fees in Indian International School, which is in Jubail city?
2.Apart from school what is range of house rent for a single bed room house?? How much for furnished one and how much only for house?
3.Is the house rent is monthly basis or advance payment we have to pay?
4.How much general living cost of family of 3 member? Including fooding, internet, TV etc?

2.Apart from school what is range of house rent for a single bed room house?? How much for furnished one and how much only for house? 10 to 12K SR per year 1 Bedroom Hall Kitchen- , 2BHK - 15 to 18 K SR
3.Is the house rent is monthly basis or advance payment we have to pay? 6 month advance
4.How much general living cost of family of 3 member? Including fooding, internet, TV etc? 1500 to 3000 SAR depends

consider family tax - 300 SR per person x no of family members per month
electricity bill - 200 to 400 per month

internet cable - 100 to 200 SR
transportation of kids - 200 SR
