Accessing NIE and Bank Account

Hi all

We are moving to Murcia region January 2019 from Manchester

Our plan is to rent then buy a villa

Very mixed info re: getting an NIE Card and opening a bank account

Any advice. Welcome

Any reputable long term rental agencies/estate agents
