Can anyone tell me the law in Ho Chi Minh about house not Apartment ownership.
I am thinking of building a new house on an old house sight that is up for sale.
I would like to buy the old house in joint names with my partner who is Vietnamese or just in my name.
Anyone now the rules for this?
