hi everyone, I will be relocating to KL mid July with my partner and a small dog, can someone point be to the right direction on some pets allowed condos? thank you in advance for your help

Anywhere in Federal KL under local council called DBKL allows small dogs under 7kg. However individual condos can have their own house rules. Just check with agent and double check at management office for shortlisting buildings. At the end it's the owner who will decide as well.
Generally rules don't permit walking dogs on the grounds and must be on leash outside. However Desa Park City has a dog friendly park for runabouts.
