Hi everyone, me and a friend are planning to move to Norway, we are aware of requirements in the udi website, but we are not fully sure about something about it, we are planning to apply for temporary residence permit and that is the question : is it required to be a skilled worker or to put an extra money in bank account to prove that we are financially stable to live there? Thanks in advance.

you generally need to either have a job lined up already or have some tie to Norway (a spouse with EEA citizenship who lives here, confirmed plans to study, etc). There isn't a visa for job seekers who haven't previously been working/studying in Norway or have funds to support their research here.
