There are many car dealers in Sofia, so you can choose at will. But since your car is pretty expensive, I would advice on listing it in several platforms in order to achieve a faster sale.
In this case, and since you're most likely leaving the country, then you will need s.o. with a power of attorney to sell the car for you and to send you the money.
