I would like to know how can I obtain a residence permit in Cairo? I need the residence permit to be able to get married in Cairo?, Can anyone help me?

you can marry without this ,, it's very easy

You can marry with your tourist visa and after marriage ,you can transfer yyour visa to perminant visa.

once you enter Egypt you have to go to place called "Mogama El Tahrir" get a residency stamp for 30 days only with this stamp you can deal with all governmental offices in Egypt , you sign the marriage contract then go to office called " Shahr Aqari" to register this contract officially and you have to find a lawyer specialized in process of foreigners marraige
